All Things Possible exists to identify, interrupt and restore those affected by trauma. Their global efforts have helped thousands of women, children and members of our military find hope, healing and the power of a relationship with Jesus Christ. They make an impact with time-tested, budget-friendly projects that make a lasting difference in the lives of those suffering from trauma.

SCOPE OF WORK

THE CHALLENGE

All Things Possible approached EPIC with growing needs in three key areas. First, they were seeking a manageable, creative and impactful social media plan, along with added resources and bandwidth to successfully execute over time. Secondly, they were motivated to kickstart new marketing efforts and utilize EPIC’s team of industry experts to lead a multi-tactic approach across traditional and digital channels. Finally, they wanted to expand their PR efforts and needed a competent and experienced team to lead the charge.

THE
PROCESS

The EPIC team, led by Co-Founder and President Jeff Roman, collaborated with the All Things Possible executive team to identify key and measurable opportunities for growth and expansion. Meanwhile, our creative team immediately went to work on re-branding and design efforts, while our PR team tapped their coveted relationships with network and media outlets to carve out new publicity opportunities. During this time, EPIC acted as an interim COO, helping All Things Possible make key decisions across their organization.

THE
PAYOFF

The EPIC team led impactful efforts that created growth and stability in donor marketing and email driven donations. Operationally, we helped All Things Possible scale their internal workflow, leading to a significant decrease in recurring expenses while also maintaining steady donation levels. Over time, we implemented new and sustainable social media campaigns, automated e-mail campaign management and donor appreciation funnels. Our creative team re-branded, designed and launched a new website and podcast, while our PR team landed their CEO, Victor Marx, high-visibility with national TV spots.
